CEG held a public consultation event in March regarding its proposal to redevelop a high quality office building on 52 – 58 Uxbridge Road, Ealing.
We have managed 52 – 58 Uxbridge Road for almost 20 years. The building is past its prime and needs considerable investment and we have therefore considered residential and commercial developments on this site.
We have had a number of enquiries from significant occupiers seeking headquarter Grade A premises and are now progressing with a planning application for a building that far surpasses any office development in Ealing or Hammersmith.
We are seeking to invest in excess of £50million to deliver a flagship, exemplary building to rival anything the West End has to offer. It will be an award-winning aspirational development which Ealing can be proud of, setting a new benchmark for a best-in-class, environmentally friendly office that modern, high quality occupiers demand.
It will create new job opportunities and bring millions of pounds in new spend to Ealing, acting as a catalyst for further investment in the area. We intend to take high quality office space to the next level and attract prime national and international companies to the area.
We have been reviewing the feedback from the consultation, as well as from our meetings with Resident Forums and local groups, and this website provides feedback and more information about the proposal prior to a planning application being submitted.
